Note head or rest.

User-settable properties:

duration-log (integer)

The 2-log of the note head duration, i.e., 0 = whole note, 1 = half note, etc.

glissando-skip (boolean)

Should this NoteHead be skipped by glissandi?

Internal properties:

dot (graphical (layout) object)

A reference to a Dots object.

stem (graphical (layout) object)

A pointer to a Stem object.
