Adding a Texinfo manual

In order to start translating a new manual you might use the skeleton files generated by the new-lang make target, see Starting translation in a new language. You might also copy the corresponding English files to your language directory instead and translate them.

For example, if you want to translate the first chapter of the Learning Manual:

cp Documentation/en/learning.tely \
     Documentation/MY-LANGUAGE/learning.tely
cp Documentation/en/learning/tutorial.itely \
     Documentation/MY-LANGUAGE/learning/tutorial.itely
