共通な通奏低音の延長線を縦方向に中央揃えする

通奏低音の延長線は useBassFigureExtenders が #t にセットされている場合に使用されます。figuredBassCenterContinuations が #t にセットされている場合、同一な延長線がまとめられ、縦方向に中央揃えされます。
