Creates a system start delimiter (ie. SystemStart{Bar, Brace, Bracket} spanner

systemStartDelimiter (symbol)
Which grob to make for the start of the system/staff? Set to SystemStartBrace, SystemStartBracket or SystemStartBar.
This engraver creates the following layout objects: SystemStartBar, SystemStartBrace and SystemStartBracket.
