Multiple staff contexts

Polyphonic scores consist of many staves. These staves can be constructed in three different ways:

The group is started with a brace at the left. This is done with the GrandStaff (lilypond-internals) context.
The group is started with a bracket. This is done with the StaffGroup (lilypond-internals) context
The group is started with a vertical line. This is the default for the score.
