Proposal summary

We currently have a mix of official GNU mailing lists and lilynet lists. Let’s congregate all "permenant" lists to savannah. In addition, there is an almost-unused list on savannah that should be revitalized.

Rationale

Is there a strong rationale for having separate mailing list servers? Why not pick one place, and put all our lists there? (or at least, all "permanent" lists?) Lilynet is a nice place to experiment with lists, but once a list has shown its usefulness it should be moved to savannah.

Delete/rename lists:

lilypond-cvs@: this was initially used for cvs messages, but we use git now and have separate RSS feeds for that. Instead, let’s make a new lilypond-automatic@ for automatic messages. At the moment, this only includes the daily 404 checker for the website, but I want to add the daily automatic builder (once that’s running).
